VNS Repaid
► VNS PREPAID FROM VINASUN

1. VNS Prepaid from Vinasun App:
Step 1: From the APP screen, select Menu left, → "Click payment" → Select Vinasun prepaid card OR from the APP screen, select menu left, "Click VNS PREPAID".

Step 2: Deposit money into your account

Step 3: Enter the amount of VNS PREPAID to deposit

Step 4: Choose to link with e-wallet or local bank card

Step 5: Enter the card number, first and last name, issue date on the card, → Click "Continue"

Step 6: Confirm the information → Click "Continue"

Step 7: Enter OTP received "Agree"

Recharge successful. Press close or wait 5s to return to APP

2. VNS Prepaid from Vinasun

Step 1: Customers come directly to the Accounting or Sales Department at:

Vinasun Corp at 648 Nguyen Trai, ward 11, district 5

Step 2: Read the phone number to top up VNS Prepaid (APP activated number)

Step 3: Choose payment denominations and payment methods:

Step 4: Receive message receipts

* Customers are advised to keep this Payment Minute for comparison when necessary.

► VNS PREPAID THROUGH PAYOO e-vallet

1. Grocery store:
VNS Prepaid at stores associated with Payoo.

You provide the phone number VNS Prepaid and pay directly to the store's cashier (note that the phone number must be activated with Vinasun App).

2. E-valler

Step 1: Access website Http://bill.payoo.vn

Step 2: Click "Recharge support" → "Vinasun"

Step 3: Fill in your phone number and confirmation code

Step 4: Click on the phone number

Step 5: Enter the VNS prepaid amount

Step 6:Check information and choose payment method → "Payment"

3. App

Step 1: From Payoo App screenp → "Deposit account"

Step 2: Select supplier → VINASUN

Step 3: Enter the phone number you want to top up your account

Step 4: Select the VNS PREPAID amount to be loaded→ Click "Continue"

Step 5: Select type of payment

Step 6: Check payment confirmation information → Click "Payment"

PAYING PROCESS VNS PREPAID

A - For rides booked by Vinasun App

Step 1: Install, activate account Vinasun App from CH Play or Apple Store

Step 2: Book app (Pay attention to the correct number of assets displayed on Vinasun App)

Step 3: Confirm the correct vehicle

Step 4: Click “PAYMENT”

Step 5: Enter Amount to pay, click select payment account as “Prepaid card”, then click “Payment”

B - For rides booked through other forms (Call center, Wave, pick up at marketing points, …)

Step 1: After getting in the car, click to open Vinasun App, click on the QRCODE scan icon in the top right corner of the application screen

Step 2: Ask the driver to turn on the QR CODE icon on the driving app

Step 3: Take your phone camera (with QRCODE scanning enabled) to scan the QRCODE code on the screen of the App. After successful scanning, the ride will be successfully identified, the customer App screen will display the trip information.

Step 4: Click “PAYMENT”

Step 5: Enter Amount to pay, click select payment account as “VNS Prepaid”, then click “Payment”

CHECK THE BALANCE OF PRE-PAYED ACCOUNT

Step 1: Enter menu on the Vinasun App

Step 2: Click “PAYMENT”

Step 3: Click “VINASUN Prepaid” see the balance

Payment with MOMO
HOW TO LINK VINASUN APP AND MOMO E-WALLET

[1] Login Vinasun app;

[2] Select Payment card management → Select button (+) in the lower-right corner of the screen;

[3] Select MOMO e-wallet link;

[4] Login MoMo and select CONTINUE;

[5] Select  Agree after reading the terms of use and entering the MoMo Wallet password to confirm the link..

Comprehensive connection between Vinasun and MoMo Wallet allows customers to pay Vinasun taxi fares in 2 ways :

OPTION 1: BOOK CAR BY VINASUN APP

[1] At the end of the transport > Open Vinasun App >> Select VNSPAY;

[2] Enter the amount to pay>> Select payment account MoMo Wallet >> Select PAYMENT;

[3] Login MoMo;

[4] Check and CONFIRM to complete payment.

OPTION 2: CUSTOMERS HOW TO CALL VINASUN PBX OR HOW TO DRIVE THE CAR

[1] At the end of the transport >> Open Vinasun App >> Select icon Menu (left corner of the screen) >> Select VNSPAY;

[2] Scroll to scan the QR Code on the driver's tablet;

[3] Enter payment amount >> Select payment account MoMo e-wallet >> Select PAYMENT;

[4] Login MoMo;

[5] Check and CONFIRM to complete payment.

For rides with a payment value of VND 50,000 or less, the system will automatically pay without requiring customers to log in to MoMo Wallet for authentication. Note when paying Vinasun with MoMo:

For rides with a payment value higher than VND 50,000, customers need to log in to MoMo and confirm to complete the payment.

Each ride can only be successfully paid through MoMo once.

Payment card
MEMBERSHIP CARD

Function:

It is a 2-sided online card issued by Vietinbank in conjunction with Vinasun. When paying for a Vinasun taxi fare, the driver swipes the card through the EDC machine (POS) placed on the taxi, after successful payment, the EDC machine will print 2 invoices, the customer will save the 2 copy, the driver will save the payment. keep link 1.

The card has an easy-to-control password, which can be used for individuals or groups.

PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION AND USE OF VINASUN TAXI MEMBERSHIP CARD

1/ Quick Contract Procedure:

For Enterprises: Business registration license, authorized representative to sign the contract.

For individuals: IDENTITY/Passport, household registration.

2/ Card issuing :

After signing the contract, the card will be issued free of charge.

Vinasun Taxi KD staff will consult the contract and deliver the card to the place.

3/ Some incentives when using membership card:

Customers enjoy attractive progressive discounts from 3 - 17%.

VAT invoice will be sent to customer monthly.

QR code payment

Vinasun Taxi officially combined with Payoo payment platform to deploy QR code scanning of more than 40 banks and e-wallets, with the desire to bring users a fast cashless payment experience, convenient, safe.

To make a ride-hailing payment, customers only need to log into the mobile banking application, select the QR code payment feature and use the phone to scan the QR code provided by the driver. Customers enter OTP code or transaction verification steps depending on the bank to complete the payment process.

The QR code payment method has the main advantages: Saving payment time compared to traditional forms of payment (card, cash); Use the QR code scanning feature available in the banking application without downloading a new application; Customers actively transact and keep information confidential; Contactless payment helps limit the spread of disease.
