February
The company issued an additional VND 84 billion in face value to increase its charter capital to VND 100 billion in order to restructure loans and invest more cars in 2007.

The company issued an additional VND 70 billion worth of par value to major investors, increasing the Company's charter capital to VND 170 billion to: Invest 600 to 800 Toyota vehicles to operate Taxi business. Investing in the Vinasun Tower Building project at 26-28-30-32 Thu Khoa Huan District I, Tp. HCM (Land area: 680 m²).

Projects: In 2016, the company continued to add new features and improve old ones of the Vinasun car booking application, together with the smart Private Branch Exchange (PBX) system. Furthermore, besides the ordinary vehicles line, the company also developed the luxury V-car line with affordable pricing.

The Company's net revenue reached VND 1,991 billion, which is equivalent to 96% of net revenue in 2018.

2020

In 2020, Vietnam's economy was negatively affected by the COVID-19 epidemic. Travel needs were heavily reduced due to social distance measures. The company's total business revenue and other income reached VND 1,073 billion, which was lower than that of 2019.

The total number of vehicles owned by the end of 2020 was 3,888.

2021

Total revenue of the company in 2021 reached VND 500.48 billion, making up only 45.67% of the plan. This is because of the increasingly intense competition in the taxi service market and the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic. Consequently, the company's after-tax profit severely shrinked with a loss of VND 277.17 billion.
