REGULATIONS ON ADVERTISING IN TAXI

Contents of Article 32 of the Law on Advertising :

“1 – Advertising on vehicles must comply with the provisions of this Law and traffic laws.

2 – Do not show advertising products on the front, back and on the roof of the vehicle. Advertising products must not exceed 50% of the area of each advertised side of the vehicle. The display of logos, logos, symbols of vehicle owners or car manufacturers on vehicles must comply with the provisions of traffic laws. ”

Besides, the Ministry of Information and Communications also has an official letter No. 2310 / BVHTTDL-VHCS with the following content:

"b) Since January 1, 2013, the issuance of licenses for advertising on billboards, signs, banners, screens placed in public places, luminescent objects, aerial and underwater objects, means of transport and other mobile objects shall be abolished by procedures for receiving advertising product notices on billboards, banners. Therefore, according to the provisions of the Law on Advertising, fees are not collected for the procedures for receiving the content of advertising product announcements on billboards and banners.”

=> Thus, with advertising on taxis in particular and on vehicles in general, there is currently no need to apply for a license to advertise.

* * * IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS:

Includes the following steps:

Receive information and requests from guests.
Negotiation and conclusion of contracts.
VNS sends customers a design framework for the position they need to advertise.
The customer finished designing, sent the design file to VNS.
VNS prints color test to customers for approval.
After browsing the color, VNS prints 1 set to paste the test on the actual car for customers to approve.
After the customer approves the test sample on the car, VNS proceeds to print and paste it in bulk.
After pasting, VNS sends a photo report and vehicle list to customers.
The advertising time is calculated starting from the day VNS completes sending the report to the customer.
